PLEASE NOTE : We cannot cancel or refund orders once they go into production as every piece is made to order. We do our best to give the best estimated lead times, but as artists these timeframes can change. We will not cancel an order or refund an order due to lead times changing. Any damages due to shipping should be sent to us immediately by emailing pictures to  HeadedWestDesigns@outlook.com.
